Tulip Popup Card with The Cutting Cafe

Hi everyone! I have a fun new to me card to share today. My first popup card.

Not only was this super fun to make, it only took minutes to put together. The Tulip Popup Card is one of many Popup Card files that The Cutting Cafe has.

Regina, The Cutting Cafe owner, has made a Tulip Popup Card Video for those of us who want a little more about how to put a popup card together.

The rest of the design team is working with popup cards too. I wonder which one they will choose. Stop by The Cutting Cafe tomorrow, May 21, 2017. If you leave a comment on the inspirational post, you will be entered into a chance to win 3 free Cutting Cafe files of your choice.

Thank you for stopping by! Have a craftastic day!

Playing with Pinwheels

Do you ever start a project with something in mind and then go a totally different direction? When I saw that we were working with the Pinwheel file this week for The Cutting Cafe DT inspirational post, I had planned to make a card. I had the image picked out and the card already pictured in my head. After I sat down and made the Pinwheel I changed my mind...

The Pinwheel makes the CUTEST hair pretties! This one is perfect for the 4th of July.

My little model loved it.

Thank you for stopping by. Make sure you pop in at The Cutting Cafe to see what the rest of the DT came up with. If you leave a comment on the inspirational post you will be entered in a chance to win three free Cutting Cafe files.

Thank You Cards

Wow! It's been almost a month since my last blog post. It's crazy how fast time flies.

I have been taking a little break from crafting. My mojo has been on vacation. I seam to go through that once or twice a year. A good friend of mine placed an order for some Thank You cards, so I had to get my hiney into the craftroom.

Once I was in there it really felt nice to be crafting again.

I started out with making "Shabby Chic" card. Shabby Chic is one of my favorite styles.

These papers are absolutely gorgeous! I got them at WHS Market Place. She has a great selection of pretty papers.

The blue roses, I made using the Paper Flower Template and Cutting File from The Cutting Cafe. These flowers are super easy to make! and they turn out beautiful every time.

Here's a picture of the second card I made. Again super pretty papers, but these ones, I bought from Renea's Bouquets. Renea's Bouquets is full of gorgeous one of a kind embellishments. If you haven't checked them out, you should!

I used my Cricut Explore to write on the tags. Seriously, one of my favorite features!

Last, but not least, we have a coffee card. I used the brand new digital stamp from Paper Nest Dolls

Avery with Coffee is the name of the digi stamp. You get two different digital stamps...one with glasses and one without. I love them both!

The gorgeous lace on the card if from my friend Pamela Joy's Facebook shop. It's a secret group...so if you want to be added you can head over to Toadally Love To Craft's Facebook page and leave me a message to add you to Pamela's group.

I have colored Avery with Coffee with Copic markers.

And guess what?!? I think my mojo has found it's way back!
